If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or online store credit within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by e-mail and the items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. E-mail hello@swimtothemoonjewelry.com with your order number and attach any photos if applicable.

For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are only issued if the piece arrives damaged.
